Negative: When we arrived collecting the keys was easy to do but we really struggled to find the apartment as there was no number on the property. We called up interhome as it was shut due to being a Sunday, the person I spoke to was extremely rude and called me thick on the phone. I then was hung up on. So I called another number which took me to a very nice gentleman who didn't work in Spain and managed to get someone out to me to find this apartment. At this time it was pouring with rain and my 3 children were very upset. The apartment was lovely and great location 👌 I won't use interhome ever again as the service was disgusting and even the staff in javea office was very rude also.
Summary: Customer service was absolutely disgusting
