The apartment STAVROMENOS SEAVIEW is located directly on the sea and close to the beach on the north coast of Crete near Rethimno with stunning views of the sea. On the large family estate there are 2 houses and a goat and chicken coop. In the front, facing the sea house, the apartment is located on the ground floor. The other apartment is occupied by the landlord family. In the back house is an apartment, which is also inhabited by the landlord family and a small hair salon. Guests can look forward to fresh eggs from the chickens and fruits and vegetables from their own garden. A small path on the side of the property to reach the beach in front of the house, beach chairs and umbrella ready to go. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with 1-2 children. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019. The decor is friendly and bright. To the living / dining room with adjoining kitchen, join the bedroom and the bathroom. From the living room and bedroom it goes directly to the balcony overlooking the sea. In front of the apartment entrance there is another, lateral 15qm large terrace. From the apartment you can easily reach various restaurants and smaller supermarkets within a radius of 500-1000m on foot. The beautiful sandy beach of Xrisi Amo is 1km away. After about 6 km the town of Platanias with a wide range of shops and supermarkets. The nearby Rethimno with its extensive promenade is ideal for strolling. The small picturesque Venetian harbor with its taverns and small boats lined up is, if somewhat touristy, but very atmospheric and charming. The pedestrian zone in the old town center with its pretty narrow streets and traditional old houses is perfect for shopping and chic nightlife. The 10km long sandy beaches that stretch along this stretch of coastline from Rethimno northeast to Sfakaki and Stavromenos offer a wide variety of choices, from beach bars to natural beach sections.
