Unser Haus befindet im Ortsteil Kleinsachsenheim in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet östlich des Ortskerns, welcher in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. Ein großer Teil von Sachsenheim gehört zum Naturpark Stromberg-Heuchelberg. Für unsere aktiven Gäste gibt es zahlreiche Rad- und Wanderwege rund um die Weinberge, die per Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Sehenswert sind die historischen Fachwerkgebäude, das Wasserschloss, sowie das Stadtmusem mit der vielfältigen Geschichte der Stadt. Nicht weit von Sachsenheim und schnell mit Bus/Bahn oder Auto erreichbar befinden sich Ludwigsburg mit seinem "Blühenden Barock" und Stuttgart, die Landeshauptstadt von Baden-Württemberg. Tagesausflüge in den Nordschwarzwald sind ebenso möglich wie ein Besuch der Altweibermühle in Tripsdrill - gerade auch für Kinder ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Neu: ab Mai 2018 wurde der links am Haus befindliche Außensitzplatz geschaffen, der nicht nur Rauchern gefällt, sondern auch zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne gut geeignet ist.
