Positive: The hosts are the nicest friendliest people you'll ever meet! We honestly loved our stay. For our arrival, they left a bottle of wine and chocolates on the table which was so nice after a long day of difficult travel. We were gifted tomatoes from their garden and a delicious freshly baked (by the host) cake in the middle of our stay. When we wanted to drop by a local farm to get some cheese, the host was nice enough to call them to make sure they're open and to expect us. The place itself is lovely and clean. It's clearly been renovated recently and is well taken care of. The decor is pretty and well thought out. The town itself is surrounded by gorgeous mountains and you can see them from the patio. The view of the garden is lovely as well. And they also have the most adorable monkeys in their home (right below the rental) that we loved watching on our way in and out. Overall, it's a top notch place and we will absolutely be back if we return to Slovenia, which we definitely hope to do.
