This newly renovated apartment is conveniently located a short walk from two of Newquay's most popular beaches. Sleeps up to 4 guests in a twin room with an ensuite bathroom & double room with a separate family bathroom - both have smart TVs. The open-plan kitchen, dining & living area is well-equipped. You'll find all the mod cons, such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer & smart TV. You can also enjoy a lovely patio area with seating. Private parking for 2 vehicles.
The Space:
This is a ground-floor apartment that is all on one level once inside. There is a small step at the main building door, but other than that it is quite well set out for those with mobility limitations.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is conveniently located a short walk from Porth Beach in one direction and Newquay Beach in the other. You're also just a short walk from the town centre where you can find a vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and more. Head to Box & Barber for delicious brunch options and good coffee, Pavilion for tasty baked treats as well as Lost Brewing. Co for cocktails and craft beers! There is so much to offer in this bustling town.
Over the other side of Newquay, Newquay Golf Course and Fistral Beach are only a 10-minute drive. This renowned beach boasts fantastic surfing conditions, a surf school and numerous shops and restaurants. Try Rick Stein's fish and chips and The Stable's pizza, washed down with a pint of local Korev from Fistral Beach Bar. Over on the Pentire Headland is Lewinnick Lodge, a highly regarded hotel and restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the water. They also serve cream teas and lunch throughout the day!
Slightly further afield, you will find Watergate Bay and Crantock beaches, which are well worth a visit. Watergate Bay Hotel is one of the most highly regarded establishments in Cornwall, and we would highly recommend trying Emily Scott's restaurant if you are in the area. Walkers are also perfectly placed to enjoy the very best of the South West Coastal Path, and you can set off on long walks in either direction straight from the door. Getting Around:
For those travelling by car, there is private off-road parking for 2 vehicles.
For those travelling by public transport, Newquay has some of the best travel connections anywhere in Cornwall. Trains operated by Great Western Railway run all the way from London Paddington into the centre of town, with only one change at Par. The station is then about 5 minutes drive from the flat and there are taxis available outside. Alternatively, it is about a 25 minute walk. Additionally, Newquay also has an international airport which is around 10 minutes drive. You can either get a taxi here or rent a car for the rest of your trip.
