Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach park with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Stepout of your coach and you'll be surround by the calming, beautiful viewsof the mountains, water wheel, two waterfalls, lake and club house that the park has to offer. Outside the park guests can experience all Resort amenities including golf, spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and private beach on Lake Lure.Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.
Internet/Wi-Fi service is spotty due to the mountainous area. We have a business center at Bald Mountain Pro Shop for our guests to use.
*RV must be a minimum 32' Class A motor coach. You must provide your own motor coach
** No 4 wheel pull behind trailers allowed. Cars must be hitched to motor coach.
*** This property isn't on Lake Lure and is approximately one mile from main amenities
Golf carts are not allowed on public roads and cannot be taken to the motor coach resort

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERSRequests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
