Positive: Was here a number of times. The staff is very nice and helpful. I had to send my dad alone to Nha Trang and decided to place him in Apus because I know the place. Reception and staff helped him in any way, also it was not easy for me to organize all the payments remotely, but they really supported me and helped organizing taxi and controlled everything to make my father feeling safe in his difficulties and not alone Great thanks to the Apus Hotel staff!!!
