Positive: Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms sufficient and kitchen was well stocked for what we needed.

Negative: Pillows are awful, apparently they don't have spares to swap out so take your own. Please is in need of a good deep clean. Sofa beds are certainly not deluxe, it is a pull out futon.

Summary: Suitable as a base for functions or events.
