Positive: This is a great place to stay in Sapporo. Not quite in the center of the city, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and easy to walk to Odori Park area. The staff was lovely, the room was quiet spacious and bedding was comfortable. If you have the chance, check out the Gundam bar/lounge next door owned by the owner as well.

Negative: The bathroom was quite tight, but a decent tub and was all that was needed.

Summary: A lovely place to stay and see Sapporo from.
