Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: They were prepared to welcome us. We went there late in the evening and the rooms were neatly arranged, and inside the room ate large and looked amazing. The wash rooms are very dry and clean. The food in the morning was delicious and we felt like we had food from our mother. The next morning we found that the mountainous view from our room was breathtaking and amazing. The room service staff were very helpful and their services were very fast and accurate. Finally the bill was prepared in time and we could leave with full of happiness in our hearts. We would recommend this hotel to guests from any country to spend their holiday without any hesitations. And thank all the staff, the manager, room service guys and the little lady in the reception and the restaurant staff for all their support.

Negative: I think they need to improve on the arrangement inside the room like filling the mini refrigerator. Keep an extra hanger near the show area etc.
