Legacy Lakes has its own golf course that is only 18 minutes from Pinehurst, so you can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle when not attending the US Open. As you enter this beautiful home, there is a separate office space with desk and printer to the left. Once you walk through the foyer, you will be dazzled by the large dining table and open living room that contains a warm, cozy fireplace as the center focus. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen has a huge island and everything you need to prepare a meal. Enjoy the screened in patio overlooking nature which is perfect for enjoying your preferred beverage. There is a separate grilling area with a large umbrella covered outside dining table and sofa chair to unwind. The second floor leads you to the four bedrooms and a private laundry room. Large primary bedroom is located at the end of the hall and contains a king bed, large sofa chair, and ensuite bathroom.
