You would be forgiven for thinking you were at a resort. The stunning shared rooftop terrace has 180° degree ocean views spanning from Wamberal headland to Terrigal skillion. The terrace is complete with a large entertainment area and shared BBQ. BEDDING CONFIGURATION • Master Bedroom – 1 King • 2nd Bedroom – Queen • 3rd Bedroom – 1 King Single bunk bed,1 King single bed with trundle PARKING Each apartment has two undercover secure parking spots with internal lift access. BOND Bond - $1,000 LOCATION SALT is only 250 metres from Wamberal patrolled beach and only a short walk to Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine restaurants. The lotus café is located 100m from SALT where you can get your morning coffee and go for a walk on the beach. Other cafes close bye is the Wamberal Point Café which is located on Wamberal beach and options for dinner just around the corner is SAPA (modern Vietnamese). For families the Wamberal Breakers club is a great option with an outdoor kids play area and great meals. This is located on Dover Rd which is only two minutes up the road from SALT. Otherwise venture into Terrigal for an array of options such as Mexican, Tapas, Thai, Italian and more. NOISE POLICY Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 11pm Friday/Saturday. This also includes swimming in the pool. Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond. Mid week special rates do not apply for long weekends. Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night. School holidays mid-week require 4 night minimum stay.
