Positive: We liked two underground parking spaces, washer and dryer, spacious and bright living room.
Negative: Dated bathrooms, poor lighting in bathrooms, kitchen and the hall, tattered flooring in the kitchen, aging carpets, master bathroom sink drain was terrible. The worst was the outside noise from construction directly across the street of which we were not informed (work day was starting at 6am!)
Summary: Good location in terms of shops, restaurants and the beach.
