There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. You'll be able to stay cool under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a bottom freezer refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one needs to create a perfect meal, including granite countertops.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, large reach-in closet, and patio access.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, reach-in closet, patio access.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, remote-controlled ceiling fan, patio access, large reach-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Street and driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the doorbell and actively monitoring the front entrance.
• Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $100 per day. To have pool heat added, please contact the Customer Care Team PRIOR to your arrival. Pool will be heated to 80 degrees. For an additional $10/degree/day, guests can request an increased temperature above 80, however when this pool is 78-80 degrees, it's at a very comfortable swimming temperature. Hot tub is included with added pool heat.
