The two chalet-style houses are situated in Breze on a 1700 m2 plot, in the midst of the enchanting landscape of the Kvarner Mountains, just a few minutes by car from the beaches of the popular seaside resort of Novi Vinodolski. While Breze lies 750 m above sea level in wooded surroundings and is therefore an ideal starting point for long walks, hikes and bike tours, Novi Vinodolski on the coast offers a wide range of water sports and the best conditions for a relaxing day on the beach. House 1 for 4-5 persons: approx. 96 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining area with sofa bed for one person, open fireplace, wood stove, open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor (attic), a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and the forest. Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Both houses are equally furnished, differing only in the color of the facade and the type of wood used for the interior. The large garden with playground, set-up pool (3.6 m in diameter, 90 cm deep), whirlpool (use at surcharge, approx. 20 € per day, payable on site), badminton court, ping-pong table, terrace, and barbecue is available to guests of both houses for shared use. The pool can be used from the middle of May to the beginning of September due to weather conditions. You can pick fresh seasonal vegetables in the organic garden which also belongs to the property. In Novi Vinodolski, a complimentary parking lot is reserved for you, about 50 m from the main beach. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 7 € per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord.
