Positive: Very nice staff and good breakfast - Worth it! Hotel is cute, well renovated and well located (15mn walking to center). Shower is pretty good and room is spacious.
Negative: Street is pretty noisy and as you don't have AC, you need to sleep with window open when it's hot. If you have light sleep, it's not pleasant and you will wake up at every scooter or truck passing by. Bed could be more comfortable as well (linen getting out all the time, squeaking bed frame...etc)
Summary: Cute and well located but below average sleep quality
