This is a Fantastic 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom two storey home. Upstairs the Main bedroom has a Queen size bed with sliding door out to the front balcony with full ocean views. 2nd main room has a Queen bed, 3rd room has 2 singles and the 4th room has 1 x Bunk bed. All 5 bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners. Nice fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet. River and ocean views from the HUGE top balcony with a great outdoor setting for entertaining and a few other sitting areas. Upstairs has the dining area with reverse cycle air con, TV, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove top and oven.
One large living area downstairs with reverse cycle air con, large screen TV and the 5th bedroom with a Queen bed and Air con. Laundry with washing machine, Second shower and separate toilet is also located downstairs. Front outdoor shower to wash those sandy bare feet, and the BBQ and outdoor seating over looking the front lawn area.
Perfect for 2 families, Limited parking for the boat. Has baby gates on top and bottom stairs if required. All TVs and furniture are securely fitted with wall straps for childrens safety.This house ticks all the boxes to cater for your perfect Kalbarri will not be disappointed.
