Located on the outskirts of the village of Goodleigh, this property is a perfect rural retreat; only a 15 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde, yet on the edge of Exmoor National Park. A perfect base to explore the whole of North Devon; whether you're into surfing or just scenery-spotting, coastal-hiking or horse-riding. Enjoy this peaceful rural setting that's only 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Barnstaple, which has a wide range of amenities and tourist attractions. Great Lilly Cottage forms part of Great Lilly Farm where the owners, Kate & Ali live with their family and assorted menagerie including Pygmy Goats, Pigs and Chickens. The cottage is a 3 storey renovated barn with its own private parking and extensive & enclosed gardens - and being animal lovers, we happily accept well-behaved pets.
