This upgraded two-story Bayside resort home has a loft and a sunroom. It offers great accommodations for your next coastal Delaware adventure! The first floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, a sunroom, and access to the back deck. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Nine TVs (one in each of the bedrooms, one in the loft, one in the living room, one in the dining area and one in the garage), DVD, Xbox, Keurig, gas grill, WiFi.

Summary: While being plenty big for our large group, the home lacked certain amenities and niceties that make it a vacation home. The kitchen is extremely understocked and chaotic, there was not one pot holder and we had to go out to buy Tupperware, as well as very limited in pots and pans. From the day we checked in until the day we checked out, the dryer screamed at the top of it’s lungs and even vibrated the entire house. The maintenance man came by to check it and said there was so much sand in it that it was basically dead and needs replaced. But to live with that noise for 7 days was almost more than we could stand and 4 of our party left 2 days early because it’s stressed them out so much. The garage, while having a few older and very worn out games, is basically a messy storage closet. We absolutely love Bayside, but will definitely not stay at this house again. It is absolutely a rental and not a home.
