This gameday retreat is a split level floorplan with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd level, kitchen, dining, living room and one bathroom on the 1st level and a finished basement complete with a pool table and couches. Perfect place to get together with family or friends.
Welcome to one of the best college towns in the USA, with the University of Alabama campus being just 9 minutes away! For families and prospective students, experiencing games at Bryant Denny Stadium is second to none! We are renting approximately 2800 sq. feet of lived in space featuring a couple of smart HDTVs, Wi-Fi & a fully stocked kitchen – making our home ideal for short term or mid-term stays!
The Space:
**This is a 1960’s home that has had renovations along the way. It was been previously rented to students. We purchased it a month ago and have been upgrading as we go. All bedding and linens are brand new! There is central A/C and Heating and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The basement level is the fun zone, complete with a pool table, a smart TV and a makeshift bar area. **
