This 2 bedroom unit is the perfect beach vacation get-away centrally located in a community right off Route 1 in Rehoboth. It has plenty of free parking and a community pool steps away from the building!

-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
1.9 miles to the beautiful Junction & Breakwater Trail where you can walk or bike to Rehoboth and/or Lewes, and you're 3.7 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk.
**Pool is open May 1st - Sept 30th**

The condo is located on the 1st floor of the Building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of living room seating and a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a some relaxation or have dinner with the family out there! There are also corn hole boards for your use in the grass common area.
*Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms.
**We provide bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens. We supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom and also supply some paper towels and garbage bags for you to get started with on your stay.
Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.
*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs.
All TV's are streaming only for you to log into your account, there is no cable.
Guest have access to the whole unit and the community pool.
-Pool Open - May 1st through September 30th, 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. daily.
For beach days, guests will have access to two beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach towels (located in laundry room).
For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, and pots/pans.
There is also bike storage under the building staircase and a bike rack by the dumpsters if you choose to bring your own bikes. Please do not bring bikes into the condo.
