***NEW FOR 2024, this home now offers AIR CONDITIONING*** Enjoy the powerful AC wall unit installed in the main living space servicing the loft and even the bedrooms! This small cottage sits directly on Cape Cod Bay in Eastham. With two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, this home sleeps 6 comfortably. The first level of the home boasts a living area with gorgeous views, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and full bathroom. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed and the second with two twin sized beds. The upstairs sleeping loft also has two twin sized beds. Amenities include a gas grill, great deck, washer/dryer, wireless internet and an enclosed outdoor shower. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include cleaning. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ever changing views of the bay and wonderful sunsets right from the deck of this cottage. The deck is nice and roomy with plenty of seating. Inside & outside can easily accommodate 6 people for dinner. This was our second time renting this cottage and hopefully, it won’t be the last.
