Positive: The wraparound couch w chaise was very nice and my son loved it. The couch and loveseat in the front living room was very comfortable and cozy. Full washer and dryer were nice accomodations. The wifi was consistent and it was nice to have some streaming content to watch without having to use our firestick. The rear deck was nice with the view of the pond.
Negative: The place wasn't clean when we got there. We found hair in dresser and bathroom drawers. There was dirt and hair in the shower/tub. I spent my late afternoon and evening cleaning instead of relaxing. We didn't even want to walk on the floors because we couldn't trust the cleanliness. We didnt use the sheets because we found stains and they generally weren't clean either. The staff did respond but the end result was sending a cleaning team on Sunday when we were out and couldn't let them in. No one ever followed up or offered to send them out again. The fridge had a leaking water dispenser that we reported upon arrival. It stopped leaking but we never got any feedback that someone had been there and addressed it. We didn't have access to the garage which was fine but we couldn't roll out the garbage/recycling like other properties. The garage door had a bee/wasp nest which my son didn't like. Also, the owners may want to know that they might have a blocked gutter in the back of the house. It rained a lot during our stay and I could see water just pouring down from the windows of the first floor master bedroom. That is just an FYI.
