The sunroom is off the living room and looks out to the lovely landscaping. The master bedroom is on the first floor and two large bedrooms on the second floor. Two fully remodeled bathrooms on first and second floor. We have a new outside rinsing station and a new den on the lower level. All this and only 75 feet from a private beach on Johns Pond. This is a great location for families with kids . Tennis court across the street and Mashpee commons only 2.5 miles away. Famous Old Silver beach or beautiful south cape beach is only a short drive. There is a gas grill on the deck.
