Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom top floor condo across from the T-bar. Ski-in and short walk back to the lifts and village. Cubs cave, loft area, full laundry, 2 decks, gas fireplace and private hot tub! Great for families- lots of amenities and lots of space (1600 sq. ft.). Updated with lots of character and charm. An ideal location right on the hill but still only a few minute drive to Kimberley town site, Trickle Creek Golf Course, or many other popular attractions in the area. A great place to call home for your Kootenay get-a-way!
The condo is located on the 3rd floor with a spacious entrance on the second floor to take off all your ski gear before heading up to the main level. The main floor is where you'll find the spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Also on the main floor are 2 bedrooms (queens) and 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite, as well as laundry facilities.
The loft is where the master bedroom (king) is located with attached ensuite. Kids will enjoy the "cubs cave" (3 single beds) for sleeping or playing. The loft also has an open area which has a pullout couch.
Both large decks are off the main floor. The front deck is facing the hill with amazing views up the mountain. It has a natural gas BBQ and a patio table for relaxing or having diner with a view. The back deck, which overlooks the forest, is where you can enjoy soaking in the private hot tub or relax around the gas fire pit.
Kimberley is a true 4 season playground. Enjoy skiing, golfing, biking, Nordic skiing, hiking, or fishing in a unique mountain community.
