Relax with the whole family at this beautiful lakefront home on Lake Ossipee. Situated right on the lake with a private beach perfect for swimming and boating you can't beat the views. Very well kept home that has been in our family for almost 30 years, it is one of the nicest homes available for rent on the lake.
Home has 3 floors of living space, 4 bedrooms plus a pullout couch, and 4 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms attached. Available for up to 8 guests per town guidelines. Includes renovated kitchen, finished basement, deck, sunroom, patio, and plenty of parking.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake, including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, spices, baking essentials, coffee and tea. Condiments are available in the refrigerator. Kitchen sink is equipped with a reverse osmosis water filtration to provide the cleanest drinking water.
Your own private beach is steps out the back door. The lake is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, boating, swimming, and watching loons and other wildlife. Beach chairs, water toys, and beach towels provided.
TV is available in the main living space equipped with an Apple TV+ box. Wifi is provided and strong throughout the entire home.
Property is very private and quiet with lots to do nearby. North Conway, Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesaukee, and the White Mountains are 25 minutes away. Local attractions such as golf courses, ski mountains, and restaurants are a short drive away. An informational binder will be provided prior to your stay so you can plan your trip.
