Beautiful lake house on Tims Ford Lake in the highly desired Highland Ridge neighborhood. The home is perfectly situated between two marinas (Tims Ford Marina and Holiday Marina) on the Lake. Each Marina has a restaurant available...Tims Ford has the Hard Dock Cafe and Holiday has the Bluegill Grill. The home has many upgrades and is the perfect set up for multiple families and especially lots of kids. Large master suite on the main floor with ensuite bathroom. The big bunk room (features custom bunk beds to sleep 8) with an ensuite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms on that bottom floor that share a full bathroom. There is parking for 5 cars including a 2 car garage. The outdoor living space is so relaxing with a dining table and hanging porch swing. Amazing dock with a slide and diving board!
