New large LG front load washer and dryer in unit. Microwave, dishwasher, 2 underground dedicated gated parking spots. The gated community offers breathtaking ocean views, two heated pools , two spas, sauna, and tennis courts, clubhouse for entertaining plus a gated lighted secure underground parking garage with two designated parking spaces. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels , ice chest all for your enjoyment. This condo will certainly make for a wonderful and memorable vacation.
