Single storey light and airy Villa situated on the private Urbanisation of El Rosario, a flat plot in a quiet location, on a no through road, with a large mature garden. Rooms overlooking the terrace & pool. No long distance hikes to the pool or masses of stairs, suitable for all ages, no having to sit with children whilst they swim, it is in full view of the terrace so can be watched whilst you relax or cook on the bbq. The swimming pool is a good size for a private residence and has been completely renovated, with sun on it all day long. The mature garden also provides shade in the heat of the day. The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, with all amenities including a Rangemaster oven and a big American fridge which you cannot see in the photo. The South facing terrace runs the length of the villa, with a wrought iron dining table & six chairs with two sun canopies & a BBQ for alfresco dining. The bedrooms and lounge are air conditioned for Summer nights and centrally heated with a log burner for Winter evenings. It is an eight minute walk to the centre of El Rosario for the cafe/bakery/coffee shop, newspapers and Marbella Tennis Club which is open to non members, restaurants, beauty salon and a supermarket. A two minute drive to the best sandy beach around and surrounded by golf courses. All bath and swimming towels provided, together with a hairdryer in each bedroom. The villa has everything for your comfort, it is not just a bare rental villa it is a home from home with emphasis on comfort and cleanliness. All beds are Relyon and very comfortable, the main bedroom has a 6' wide bed. There are no additional charges for air con or electric it is all included, with fast speed fibre optic wifi and English tv, with a tv package having numerous box sets and movies and children's channels. The lovely sandy Hippo beach is two minutes down the road by car with a lovely beach bar/cafe. The villa is ideally located with numerous places to visit with easy access to the main seaside road.
