There is a flight of steps up to the entrance of the home. The welcoming entrance hall has ambient lighting and wooden floorboards. On the left, is the living room. LIVING ROOM A bright room, with a tall bay window, adorned in shutters. There is a sofa, rustic wooden coffee table and framed pictures lining the walls. Opposite the sofa, is a television, decorative fireplace and bookcase. The sofa can convert into a sofa bed, to sleep 2 guests if needed. This room also includes a desk with chair- providing the perfect work-space if needed during your visit. A galleried landing connects to the floor below, with double height ceilings and views to the garden. UTILITY ROOM The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM On the lower ground floor, is the expansive, modernist kitchen, with a large central island and elegant lights hanging down above. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine. The dining area enjoys lots of natural light, from the floor-ceiling sliding doors connecting out to the garden. There is a long wooden dining table and surrounding chairs, as well as artwork on the walls. GARDEN The garden includes a paved area, with a few steps down to the lawn, as well as an outdoor table and a BBQ. SECOND RECEPTION AREA There is a further living area, with a sofa, armchair and a fireplace with wood burner. The space is decorated with artwork and candles and is open-plan from the kitchen. WC There is a WC and unique artistic basin, situated for convenience on this floor. MASTER BEDROOM Upstairs on the first floor, is the master bedroom, with a Super-King size bed in the centre. Elegant lights hang either side of the bed. In the corner is a dressing table with stool, and there is a large wardrobe for storage. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom is a nursery, with a cot for a child of up to 3 years. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a beautiful free-standing bath in turquoise, as well as patterned tiling on the floor. There is also a shower, WC and two basins. THIRD BEDROOM A few steps up to this bedroom- with a double bed and bedside lamps either side. FOURTH BEDROOM At the top of the house, is the fourth bedroom- with a double bed and skylight above. This bedroom also has an en-suite. EN SUITE The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin, all in monochromatic fittings. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties!
