Hafan Hedd is a newly renovated and restored farmhouse situated close to Solva, Pembrokeshire. It was established in 1837 and remained derelict for many years. The owners of Hafan Hedd have renovated this cottage to the highest standards keeping the authentic feel with modern fittings and features. Hafan Hedd is a beautifully located cottage specifically designed for the holiday home market and did we mention it is dog friendly too.
Layout
As you enter the cottage through the front door you will see the contrast between authentic stone walls and modern touches. There is an open plan living dining area with a large fireplace fitted with a log burner, perfect for those cosy evenings after a day exploring Pembrokeshire's hotspots. To the left is a newly fitted bright and modern kitchen, and to the right is your family bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Up the stairs to the first floor is a converted bedroom loft area. There is a kingsize bed, futon and storage. At the foot of the bed is the chimney breast given a unique modern look while encompassing the original wooden beam.

Hafan Hedd is within a beautiful farm style court yard. As you enter the driveway you will see Hafan Hedd straight ahead. Outside is a shared lawn area with a private lawn along the side and rear of the cottage. On the shared lawn is a bespoke water well feature stocked with season flowers. Outside the front of the cottage is a small patio area with outdoor furniture. There is also an external staircase that provides access to the bedroom and first floor.
