Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: the guy on the night shift was a wonderful person — cheerful and helpful. Keep it up, you will definitely make your customers feel good and do your job perfectly. Compliments. For the rest, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, and the cleaning service was excellent. As for the location, it was perfect — central and quiet.

Negative: Everything was perfect except for one girl at reception who truly never greeted us, never looked up, never smiled — it felt like we had done something wrong to her. It was really unpleasant, especially when she was checking the scooters at check-in; she turned her face away several times while we were talking to her. That is called a lack of respect!
