Positive: The apartment is comfortable, full of natural light and very well equipped with anything you might need for organization/comfort in the rooms, cooking, taking care of clothes, shopping. Everything is clean and organized. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The house is a typical portuguese apartment, well maintained and with upgraded kitchen and bathroom. There are only three rooms in the apartment, if they are all booked it might get busy in the apartment but it will be never too much. Check in and out are easy and there are instructions for everything, simply laid out. The owner was nice and although I didn't need to ask for help with anything I felt he was available and easy to reach if it was needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, there's a big supermarket 8min away and smaller markets closer. It's a 10min walk to Belém and there are buses nearby to other central parts of Lisbon. Some people might find the mattresses too soft or the rooms not very modern. Since those are matters of personal taste, I won't consider them negatives but will leave the information here.
