Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely rural location, with Carluke just down the road where the train gives easy access around the country. Staff were all friendly and helpful; the room was spotless and comfortable.
Negative: The TV was a problem, which a member of staff sorted out after a lot of time! The shower room seemed poorly designed as the toilet left us little space and the toilet roll difficult to get at.
Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here despite problems with TV and toilet!
