The beautiful condo and unique ocean view from the 6th floor, you can admire nice sunset every night from the patio and the bedroom.
The condo is ideally located across IXTAPA El palmar beach also within distance to the golf course, tennis courts, restaurant, boutique, flea market and and nightlife..A brand new elevator at your service to come back upstairs, 24 hrs security.
The condo has one master with king bed and big private bathroom and lots of space also always nice breeze from the ocean. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the room..
The guest room is equipped with two single beds with mountain view and private bathroom ..includes ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, 2 refrigerators and dishes for 6 persons also ceiling fan and air conditioning ...the living room has cable TV, stereo and the you can sleep 2 on the couch...and perfect view on the beach hotel.
During the day you can relax at one of the 2 pools with water slide or at pool bar and jacuzzi and order something at the restaurant on the complex. You can access the beach by 3 access points within a few minutes. Also you can visit any or all non -all inclusive hotel and go there for lunch and enjoy the pool and the beach ..My favourite is the Dorado Pacifico where you can have 20% discount on beverage and food with my card.
You can go to Zihua, PlayaLinda or the marina with short ride the bus for 7 pesos.
I have good list of recommendations for all kinds of ocean view romantic restaurants at very good prices .
I offer excellent monthly rate or long term from 15 April to 15 Nov and open for all offers.
I can get good rates for other greens fees ...you can walk, ride or take caddy, your choice.
