Summary: The hotel was going through major renovation, changing from one hotel chain to another one in October. The rooms where dated. The windows were dirty, and screen were torn. When we got to are room, we had to call for towels so we could take a shower. The morning breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I should have been notified by hotels.com or Best Western that they were going through a major renovation, this would have given me the opportunity to change hotels.
