Positive: I love as soon as I booked Aya from concierge WhatsApped me and was so helpful, adaptable to any change we needed. She was super smiley and made our young family feel so welcomed and warm. I loveed how spacious the rooms were, the view and the beds. I like the inclusion of the Egyptian breakfast and how quiet of an oasis it is compared to the busy streets.
Negative: Wifi was really slow, which meant the TV didn’t always work. Signage to location could be better Be mindful if you get an Uber it will drop you on the main road ( 100 meters from hotel ) you walk through an alley were there can be plenty of interesting people trying to take advantage of you being lost looking for your hotel. This is not the hotels fault/ however signage can be improved.
Summary: Thank you Beyond Pyramids for the short and wonderful stay.
