Neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to public transportation. Bart (10 min walk) grocery, pharmacy, restaurants are walkable to Mission st (6 min) or a short ride. 280 to 101 freeway (5 min) , takes you to downtown (15-20 min), Chinatown and the pier. (See map pictures in listing)

Enjoy a clean comfortable stay, with our super 15” high quality comfort tested new mattress coil over with 6 layers of foam and pillow top. (Not the typical cheep beds or just hard foam you’ll find at other listings) All sheets get cleaned after each use.

* This house is built for a chef, I have everything needed to host a fest. I have dual ovens, blender, coffee machine, panini grill, toaster, rice cooker and plenty of quality cookware and more. 5 burner Cooktop 20k BTU high flame 🔥 Makes tasty dishes just like restaurants. (Make sure vents are on to prevent fires) WARNING to prevent injuries ⚠️ Chef experience preferred.

Featuring 2 Large living room. Big family ok. with 60” smart TV in each living room. Or pick something from our action packed movie collection. Board games, sound system and more.

- Featuring TWO living rooms! Big groups paradise. which one is counted as the 6th room, with one 55”-65” smart TV in each living room.
- 3 parking is included with this listing, 2 on the driveway and 1 blocking both cars by parallel parking. Additional street parking maybe available at first come first serve. please obey all posted signs and be sure to curb your wheels. Failure to do so can result getting a parking ticket we are not responsible for.
- The garage doors will be locked at all times. No parking in the garage.

Its truly an experience to see the amount of detail put into some of the designs of this home especially with the new unit B.
I am very meticulous when it comes to being clean, I pride myself with paying attention to details. Sheets gets replaced with new ones often to insure quality. All sheets and pillow cases gets washed after each use. I even use Diamond hotel standards with using a flat sheet between comforters to insure double the protection.
