THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!!
If you plan to party outside until late hours you shouldn't book this house!!! Please DO NOT PLAY LOUD MUSIC (loud is when the neighbor can hear it) IN THE BACKYARD!!!! You can have fun, laugh, enjoy the pool (in the Summer only), deck and the backyard, but don't play loud music as it disturbs the neighbors who are not on vacation ;)
This house is for a nice relaxing time with family and friends. You can be loud and have a great time with the music on inside the house (with the backyard door and windows closed), but outside PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS!!!! Quiet hours after dark.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room (open concept), one full bath and one half bath (powder room). There's highchair available for the little ones ;) and also 3 bed protections (usually stored under beds) that you can easily instal and protect your child from falling from the bed.
Basement has access to the laundry room with washer and dryer. In the basement is a pool table, foosball table, tennis table insert on top of the pool table.
There are also toys for the kids to play with :)
Upstairs you have 4 bedrooms including one master bedroom with master bath and jetted tub (sort of Jacuzzi ;-)), 3 other bedrooms and a full bath.

All full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. Master bath has a separate shower and jetted tub
The house is fully equipped (Linens are provided. Bathing/Bath towels and beach towels are NOT ). We do not provide paper towels. There are 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom provided. The house is supplied with all necessary tableware and cookware. It has a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, Roku TV, internet WiFi (153 Mbps), 3 Smart TVs. The house is equipped with noise control device (outside only) and alarm system which includes cameras on the outside perimeter of the house (each corner of the house and 1 additional camera by the front entrance) and smoke sensors and motion detectors inside the house (near doors only). Motion detectors stop working once guests disarm the alarm upon arrival. This is a protection against burglars as well as accidental fire.
The house is perfect for 5-6 families with kids or group of good friends. It has a big yard and two big tables to eat outside and enjoy the nature. There's a big gas grill, charcoal grill and a fire pit as well.
We also have 14’x42” above ground pool in the backyard (NOT AVAILABLE IN FALL, WINTER AND SPRING), so the kids UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION can have some fun. Please contact owner for instructions/questions.
Very often you can see deers traveling through the backyard :)
Trash:
You can bring trash to the trash compactor (not open every day). The trash badge is provided in the house. Please make sure trash badge is not lost, because you will be charged $75 to replace it.
If your check out day falls on the day when trash compactor is closed, you can dump all trash at the trash compactor a day before and leave $5/bag for the remaining trash bags on the check out day.
If you simply don't feel like going there you can leave trash in the cans next to the garage and notify the owner about it, so trash pick up could be arranged. Trash cannot stick out from the cans as the wildlife will tear it apart and discard it allover the backyard. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
The Community charges $5/bag of trash, so please make sure to leave that fee for the lady taking care of the house, so she could pay at the trash compactor (this is not her regular job).
Trash has to be recycled. Plastic, glass and paper (cardboard boxes have to be flattened) go into one container and regular trash into another.
POOL RULES:
Outdoor pool is a very nice feature especially in the Summer, but to enjoy it, it has to be maintained properly.
To enjoy nice and clean water please follow these rules:
1. Please rinse your feet before entering the pool with garden hose available under the deck. This will ensure clean water for longer time.
2. You can take out floaty with chlorine during the use of the pool, so it doesn’t obstruct you and doesn’t get broken, but make sure THE FLOATY IS PUT BACK INTO THE POOL WHEN YOU’RE NOT USING IT!!!!. Otherwise the water will turn green and we will have to replace the filter and add clarifying products which is expensive and you will be charged $75. In some cases the entire water needs to be replaced and that cost $300.
3. During longer stays (3 or more days) it’s good to take the filter out and rinse it with hose water to ensure proper functioning and then put back into place. If you’re not sure how, please ask owner for instructions before doing it.
4. Use of any kind of slime or other sticky substances is FORBIDDEN as this clogs up the filter and can burn the pump. The water must be replaced after such substances are used and guests would be charged $300.
