Summary: I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Before booking a 2 day birdwatching tour to Minca, I asked the front desk if it was ok to leave my luggage in their storage room overnight and pick up the next day. They said yes no problem. Then when I checked out and wanted to leave it there, they said their manager said no unless I was staying there. That put me in a annoying situation...but luckily the tour company was able to keep it at their office in Minca. So, I am not happy with service because of this episode. Other than customer service, the hotel is ok.
