Summary: Initially I was having a great stay at the resort. However, one evening I came home to find the ceiling fans and all lights not working. I bumped into the people in the room next to mine who said they had the same issue and were not getting anywhere with the people on the emergency speaker at reception. I went with him to contact them again and they seemed a little unwilling to help. Eventually the owner came around, and said there was a short and could not repair it (as it was 9PM) and i was ready to sleep so was OK with it. Unfortunately, he did not come the next day at all (no contact nothing), and only the third day in the afternoon did they come and fix it. Its not nice paying money only to feel like your camping having shower, eating meals in the dark with no ceiling fans.
