There is plenty to choose as you are close to fly fishing, horseback riding, off-roading, hunting and 1.5 hours away from skiing. The property is minutes away from Lake George, South Platte, Pike National Forest, Eleven Mile State Park, Mueller Stat Park, Fossil Beds National Monument. It’s also 30 minutes from Cripple Creek, an only 1 hour away from Manitou/CO Springs, so you can easily split time between nature and sight seeing in historic cities/towns.
