Just a short boat ride to Torch Lake. Being on the lower chain of lakes, you have over 60 miles of waterway to boat! The open floor plan & 3 levels of living offers room for the whole family. Enjoy the balcony overlooking the lake & watching the boats go by. This home is located between the quaint towns of Alden & Bellaire, which offer dining, shopping, golfing & skiing. Great location for day trips to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes or even Mackinac Island. The family will make lasting memories here and you will want to come back year after year.
Owner will have 2 boats at the dock. Renters can tie their boat up to the end of the dock, parallel to the shoreline.
We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the property as well as the neighbors.
