This spacious condo boasts 2 bedrooms with 3 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor condo is securely located in a convenient, gated community with a few restaurants within walking distance. The condo is tastefully decorated in a boho, free-spirited style and has many amenities including a full kitchen with all cookware and spices provided. We also provide beach gear to include an umbrella, beach blankets, chairs, and sand toys! Enjoy a lovely outdoor screened in patio on nice evenings.

Our condo is very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry and a great patio. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 total beds- 1 king and 2 full. We have a brand new King Sleep Number bed with a remote control in the master bedroom so set your number for peaceful rest. Two nice sized bathrooms allow for your own space! We have high speed Wi-Fi and provide fire sticks for guests to surf their favorite streaming apps. We also have beach gear covered and provide chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach blankets and more! We recommend each guest brings their own beach towels.
Guests have full access of the entire condo. The outdoor patio has an owners closet that stores beach gear and we provide the code to guests.
We are always available to guests during their stay and respond very quickly through the app. Our phone number is also listed in case a guest needs us after normal hours. We are locals to Sussex County and are very glad to provide recommendations!
Our little neighborhood is convenient to Highway 1 and is very close to the famous Wawa gas station and is walking distance from the Seed Eatery and Rosenfield’s Deli along with Mudslinger’s coffee stand. The condo lot has open parking for two vehicles and there are also bike racks to use for bikes-BYO locks!
For entry, going South on Highway 1 requires a U-turn. Once going North there is North a street entrance and a cut-through via the shopping center. We have 2 gates and provide entry codes for guests. We recommend parking at the front lot at the very end for more open spaces and convenience to our stairwell. Guests are allotted 2 vehicles and parking is not assigned nor is a pass required.

- Please add every guest to the reservation. We do not charge per guest. - Quiet hours are after 10pm for neighbors.
- Pets are sometimes allowed from Sept-May with a small fee. No cats. Please do not leave pets unattended to bark or cause damage and pick up after furry friends outside.
