This is a beautiful custom built home located directly on the lake on Northwest Bay. It is not your typical rental home and is completely furnished with custom made furniture, antiques and original artwork. A wonderful home for entertaining complete with service for 20, large pots, elegant serving pieces. The elevator provides easy access for all three levels. There is a double garage, laundry room and storage area for all the lake 'toys'.
All five baths have exotic granite and top of the line tubs, showers and faucets. The kitchen is equipped with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, including a warming drawer which is ideal for dinner parties. There is a huge wood dining table that nestles into a beautiful banquette and seats 10 to 12. There are two other tables that can be used for additional indoor dining and for gaming.
On the ground level is a oversized recreation room complete with regulation pool table, built-in granite bar with ice maker, micro and beverage refrigerator. A large screen plasma HD TV with all premium channels A gas fireplace, a trundle daybed can become a king-sized bed and there are two custom made couches that are twin bed sized. A perfect spot for teenagers and kids to sleep. There is a full bath on this level..
Living room is on second level and affords a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. It opens out to a large deck that spans the front of the home. This deck is laden with blooming flowers and several seating areas including a Browne Jordan dining table and cushioned chairs. There is another deck off the kitchen which has an oversized gas grill.
There is a master bedroom on this level with two baths that can be used as a his/hers bath. The tub is a multi-jet jacuzzi and one shower has multi-heads.
Third floor has an open loft room that overlooks living room below. That spot has a daybed for reading or sleeping an extra person. There is another master bedroom on this level with it's own private balcony overlooking the lake. Large master bath with duel sinks, deep soaking tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms share a large beautiful bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds one has two full-size beds and one has a king sized.
