If you're looking for a break from the city, this peaceful 15 acres* with a modern 4-bedroom barndominium with a hot tub is for you. Close to historic Mineral Wells, Possum Kingdom Lake, and Mineral Wells State Park. And just five miles to the Brazos River. This property is only 20mins Rocker B Ranch, making it the perfect rental for teams and families in town for tournaments. There is plenty to do at the barn too. Outdoor games, basketball, ping pong, pool, ponds perfect for fishing, and dont forget the firepit and hot tub. We do have bee hives on the property, but not near the barndo. The bee hives are located near the back pond and out of the way. Please keep clear of the hives so our bees can focus on making honey.
