Positive: Hi Bee and Bramble, I just wanted to send a warm thank you for our recent stay at Bramble Cottage (28 April – 1 May). We absolutely loved every moment and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches you provided. The welcome hamper was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for a relaxing break. The chopped wood was ready for the stove and the hot tub, and your beautiful welcome letter made us feel right at home straight away. It’s clear how much care you put into making guests feel welcome, and it really showed. Although we didn’t use the bicycles or visit the local pubs (we cooked indoors most evenings), we really appreciated the local recommendations you left for us. It's clear that you know the area well and want guests to enjoy the best of it. We were especially impressed with the Milestone NISA supermarket in Rathfriland—what a fantastic community shop! It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a real treat—immaculately clean and perfect for winding down at the end of each day. And being surrounded by fields of sheep and lambs was such a peaceful and charming setting. As we brought our dog along, we were extra careful to keep him on a tight lead around the sheep. Collecting the keys was seamless, and overall, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect quiet getaway, and the warm sunshine made it extra special. Thanks again for your thoughtful hospitality. We’ll definitely be recommending Bramble Cottage to friends and hope to return ourselves in the future!
Negative: Everything was perfect. Make sure though that dogs are kept on leash as there are lots os sheep and lambs in surrounding fields
