Spacious and airy, this modern home has an open concept layout throughout the living, dining and kitchen. As you enter the home, you will notice the well-decorated living room that features a 70” HDTV as well as an electric fireplace to cozy up next to while watching your favorite shows! The full kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, deep sink, and an electric stovetop for all your cooking needs. The kitchen island has a built in dining area that seats 2 and the bench style dining table seats 6.
Get some peaceful sleep in the first bedroom located downstairs that features a queen bed! The half-bathroom is also located on the first floor. The second and third bedrooms also feature two queen beds each and share a full jack and jill style bathroom making it convenient to start the day in! The fourth bedroom has two queen beds as well as a TV to catch up on the news with! The second full bathroom features a single sink and a stand-in shower/tub combination. Each bathroom includes necessities for your convenience! Lastly, catch up on some sleep in the master bedroom that has a comfortable king bed! The master bedroom also features a 70” HDTV perfect to watch your favorite movies while unwinding after exploring Dallas! The attached master bathroom has double sinks making it easy and convenient for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Also includes a roomy walk-shower, a separate bathtub, and a big closet for all your storage needs! Upstairs you will also find a full-size arcade style basketball hoop game provided to keep you and your guests entertained!
Catch some sun in the massive backyard that features a small seating area for 4! Let your kids and furry friends run around in the spacious backyard while you sit under the covered patio!
Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
