Flowers are blooming everywhere in the mountains of North Carolina! Our condominium is located approximately 30 minutes from Asheville where you can stroll the gardens and trails of The North Carolina Arboretum and visit the beautiful Biltmore Estate and its gardens.
Inspired by Ralph Lauren, our home has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When you choose to stay in, you can sit by the fire, cozy up with blankets and watch your favorite TV shows and movies. When you head outdoors, you'll be able to enjoy six parks and three trail systems with 16 trail heads.
Our Community
We're happy you've chosen to be our guest here at True North in Mountain Air. We're located on Slickrock Mountain part of the 1,500 miles of continuous mountain ranges known as the Appalachian Mountains. You're currently at an elevation of 3,800 feet. That means you can enjoy moderate temperatures during the summer and experience all four seasons with a beautiful mountain view.
The Surrounding Area
Just outside our gates you can visit the charming town of Burnsville, where you can go grocery shopping, find great boutique shops, delicious food, along with festivals, art galleries and hometown parades.
For an eclectic adventure, visit Asheville, just 35 minutes away from True North. If you're a craft beer aficionado, you'll find world class breweries. For the history lover, the Biltmore Estate is a must see,
especially during the winter holidays. You can treat yourself to delicious meals, spa experiences and visit fine art galleries and theaters.
If winter sports bring you to North Carolina, you'll find Wolf Laurel Ski Resort just 18 miles from True North. Sugar and Beech Mountain Ski Resorts are just an hour and a half away.
PLEASE NOTE:
** Access to the club amenities at Mountain Air is not available.
** Household pets and exotic animals are not allowed at this home.
** Guests must complete additional documents for gate access to Mountain Air. Guests must sign a vacation rental agreement at the time of booking and must be registered with the POA and gate at least 3 days prior to arrival. Mountain Air POA reserves the right to refuse guest access if this requirement is not met.
** Damage protection plan is mandatory for each reservation and is included in the guest total ($59 fee). Guests are protected for up to $1500 in accidental damages. Non-accidental damages and damages in excess of $1500 are solely the guests' responsibility.
