Summary: Booking requirements had to be completed r times. Had to chase for key code after 15.00 check in time. Had to wash all crockery and cutlery as food remnants still on plates and dishes. Only 2 knives in cutlery drawer when the property sleeps 8 people. Had to use spoons instead....not ideal! No hairdryer in the property despite being listed on property details. No COVID check in required, thought this was required in current circumstances. Very noisy neighbours in flat above until 2.00am every night. Inconsiderate parking even though had numbered designated bay. Sorry, won't be using this company again!
